Hello, my name is Megan, and I have created this campaign on behalf of my friend Narmin, who is in Gaza. Here is her story, in her words: My name is Narmin, I’m 33 years old, married, and a mother of two girls, one of whom is nine years old and the other a baby who is less than two months old. Before the war, we had a small house where we lived in peace, a house that brought us together under one roof and embraced our dreams. But today, nothing remains of it… it was completely destroyed, and we were forced to flee and seek refuge with relatives in a crowded place, without privacy or comfort.
We have no source of income. Every day we struggle to secure a meal, milk for my baby, and clothes for my children. I myself need medicine, but I can’t afford it. My family also lost their home and livelihood, and my little sister was forced to leave her education despite her passion for learning and is waiting for an opportunity to complete it.
Life in Gaza has become unbearably difficult. Winter is approaching, and we have no warm clothes, no means of heating, and not even a simple sense of security to reassure our hearts. Please help me provide for my family, even $1 makes a difference. Thank you.
